A protocol called abortion pill reversal may enable you to continue your pregnancy. Timing is crucial; please contact the Abortion Pill Rescue Network at 877-558-03333 to get connected to a provider. You can also call us at (573) 445-9295 for a referral.

Are Your Services Free?

Yes, all services at Lakeside Women's Clinic are free. Please bring a photo ID for identification purposes; no insurance or payment method is required.

When Should I Take A Pregnancy Test?

The Mayo Clinic recommends taking a pregnancy test the first day after a missed period. This increases your chances of receiving an accurate result because hCG levels are more likely to be detectable. If you have irregular periods, you may need to wait longer and test 36 days from the start of your last period.

With our no-cost pregnancy confirmation services, we'll help you decide the best time to take a test and get the answers you need.

Why Do I Need An Ultrasound?

Only an ultrasound provides essential information about your pregnancy, including whether your pregnancy is viable (developing with a heartbeat). It will also tell you how far along you are in your pregnancy and reveal your options. This information will help guide your decision-making process and protect your health.

We offer limited OB ultrasounds following positive pregnancy testing at our clinic.

Could I Have An STD/STI?

While you may have symptoms like pain during sex or unusual discharge, warning signs may not show up right away (or at all). That's why regular STD/STI testing is so crucial.

We offer STD/STI testing and treatment for chlamydia and gonorrhea, and we can also provide referrals for additional services.
